平成26年7月1日から再入国出国用EDカードの様式が変わります The format of ED card for reentry will be changed on 1st of July, 2014

日本に居住する外国人の方が日本を出国する際に記入する再入国出国用EDカードの様式が、平成26年7月1日から変更されます。

変更後の記入欄には、みなし再入国許可か再入国許可のどちらでの出国であるのかをチェックするようになります。

新様式のEDカードの記入例は、以下の入国管理局ウェブサイトで確認することができます。

Foreign nationals who live in Japan should fill in ED card for reentry at the Immigration booth area of the airport/seaport when you depart from Japan.

Immigration has been announced that they will make a change in the format of the ED card on 1st of July, 2014.

In the new format, you will put a check mark whether you depart from Japan with "Special Reentry Permission" or "Reentry Permission".
