申請内容に虚偽があると思われる場合、入国管理局は真偽を確かめるためにあらゆる資料を求めます。虚偽であることがわかれば不許可になり、今後許可を得ることができなくなるかもしれません。不安なことがあっても、偽らずに、申請取次者へご相談下さい。
Your application will be denied in case Immigration Bureau finds out that you commit a fraud and misrepresent a material fact. This would make you permanently ineligible. So do not attempt to misrepresent or commit a fraud to your licensed immigration lawyer. If you have something to worry about, feel free to consult us and release your anxiety. We will help you and try to find out what to do.

【1】相談料金 Our Consultation fees
１時間 8,800円 以後30分毎に4,400円
8,800yen/hour 4,400yen for each additional 30min.
弊社での面談相談・メール相談・電話相談の場合
- 初回はお一人（一組）様１回に限り無料 First consultation at a person is free of charge.
- 無料相談は、一般的な事項・事例に基づいて回答できる範囲内に限ります。個別の具体的なご相談や調査・確認が必要な範囲については、有料にて承ります。We are afraid that we have a limit of free consultation. We may propose fee-based consultation if your inquiry excess the limit or we need to examine your case specifically.
- 当事務所以外が準備し作成および提出した申請に関する内容のチェックなどについては、ご相談の範囲外とさせていただきます。お見積りいたしますので、お問い合わせフォームよりお問い合わせください。We don’t provide any consultation/confirmation services for documents prepared by yourself or other person/firm. We should provide our quotation for such services.
出張面談の場合
出張面談は有料です。別途交通費を申し受けます。
片道2時間以遠の地域については、別途出張費がかかります。
【2】弊所料金と費用 The Cost of Application and Our Fees
弊所に手続きをご依頼される場合には、以下の料金が必要となります。The total cost will be the sum of 1-3 below:
- 弊所の料金 Our Fees
176,000円～ 現在の在留資格によります
JPY 176,000 – depending on the applicant’s Status of Residence now.
- 入国管理局の申請手数料 Immigration/Government Fees
8,000円 ｜ JPY 8,000
- その他実費 Expenses
交通費、切手代、証明書代等 Transportation, Postage, Certificate of residence, and so on

弊職の料金に含まれるもの Our Fees Includes:
- 申請書とその他の添付書類の収集・作成 Preparing and assembling of the application form and other supporting documents.
- 入国管理局への申請の代行 Filing the application to Regional Immigration Bureau.
- 入国管理局との連絡 Contacting the Immigration Bureau
- 手続きに関連する事項の相談・アドバイス Consultation and advices about matters regarding your application and circumstance.
【3】料金についての注意事項 Notice
- 掲載している弊所料金は税込です。Our fees listed here include Consumption Tax.
- ご入金（全額もしくは着手金）が確認できた日から、業務着手になります。Payment in advance (total or 50% of our fee). We will proceed to prepare your application after confirming the payment.
- 依頼事項に着手した後に、その取消しまたは撤回があった場合、既に着手した部分の料金は請求いたします。In case you decline or withdraw in the middle of the process, we will charge you the cost that we’ve already prepared.
- 印紙代・証紙代・証明書代・通信費・交通費等について、特に記載のないものについては実費を請求いたします。We will charge you other expenses such as revenue stamps, transporting, postage, certificates, etc.
- 相談により発生した各種調査については、事前に依頼者と協議し、調査内容に応じた額の料金とします。When you offer us further investigation after consultation, we may charge the cost depending on the situation.
- 許可業務に関する顧問（月額）も承っております。料金は依頼者との協議によります。We also provide advisory service on immigration matters, business regulations and permissions, introduction of legal professions and other general matters.
- 予定外・例外、依頼業務外の対応については、追加料金を請求することがあります。We may charge additional fees for dealing with unexpected and irregular matters.
- 事案によって、専門家をご紹介します。We will introduce you specialists/professionals at your request.
- 弊社代行料金を銀行振込でお支払いの場合は、領収書は各金融機関が発行する振込証明書（受領書）にて代えさせて頂きます。Keep receipt (of the bank) when you make a payment by bank transfer.
- 予告なく料金を変更することがあります。We may change, delete, or update any content at any time and without prior notice.
